Clifford Chance has dismissed a partner in its Perth, Australia, office following an investigation into allegations of serious misconduct and has commissioned a review of its workplace culture.
The firm said it immediately suspended the partner and launched an internal investigation as soon as it received the allegations. The investigation resulted in the partner’s dismissal.
