Plaintiffs lawyers voluntarily dismissed a Roundup case in California on the third day of trial.

Tuesday’s dismissal came on the same day that a jury handed Monsanto a defense verdict in the fourth Roundup trial in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. The California trial, in Sonoma County Superior Court, was brought by Bobbie and Michael Meyer.
