Continuing to run the firm as a business is one of McGuireWoods’ new chief operating officer Jeffrey Connor’s priorities, after helping steer the firm to surpass $1 billion in gross revenue for the first time as its chief financial officer.

Connor, who served as CFO at the firm since 2015, is prioritizing utilizing the firm’s business development department and investing in the right legal talent to help the firm reach its financial goals in his new role.
