Rather than preside over her own docket Thursday, Douglas County Probate Judge Christina Peterson spent the morning at Fulton County Magistrate Court after being arrested overnight.
According to Fulton County Jail records, Peterson faces felony charges of “Simple Battery Against Police Officer/Police Dog/Corrections Or Detention” and “Willful Obstruction Of Law Enforcement Officers By Use Of Threats Or Violence.”
