Hiring an 11-lawyer energy and infrastructure team from Norton Rose Fulbright, Bracewell announced Thursday that it has has opened an office in Paris, expanding its energy practice with a group that brings strength in renewable energy projects and significant work in Africa.
Lawyers in the new Paris office will focus on project development, M&A and finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including renewable and conventional power, energy transition, oil and gas and infrastructure in France and Francophone Africa.
