Passengers of an Alaskan Airlines flight that lost its left side door “plug” mid-flight earlier this month have filed a class action lawsuit against Boeing for allegedly manufacturing a defective 737 Max 9 plane and allowing the trip to go forward, despite knowing it wasn’t properly secured.
