Syneos Health, a biopharmaceuticals company formerly known as InVentiv Health and INC Research, was sued on June 11 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision. The lawsuit was filed by Simon & Simon on behalf of Robert Fleming. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:24-cv-02552, Fleming v. Syneos Health Inc.
