General Motors has been hit with a consumer class action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware that alleges two of the automaker’s vehicles have faulty fuel pumps that put drivers at risk.

Berger Montague and Capstone Law filed the suit on Wednesday, claiming GM has known about the defect since at least 2019 and should be held accountable for Chevrolet Equinoxes and GMC Terrains produced between 2020 and 2024.
