Australian law firm Mills Oakley has hired two financial services partners from global accounting giant KPMG and three partners from Australian firms .
Zein El Hassan, a financial services lawyer, advises on product development, licensing, disclosure and distribution issues relating to financial services and products. He joined the Australian firm from KPMG earlier this year.
