An intermediate New York Appeals court has reinstated a lawsuit filed by former New York City Comptroller Scott Stringer against a woman whose allegations of sexual misconduct he claims derailed his mayoral campaign.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Richard Latin dismissed Stringer’s complaint against Jean Kim in August, finding the claims were time-barred.
