A&O Shearman and Linklaters are advising as British personal computer maker Raspberry Pi mulls an initial public offering in London.
The low-cost computer maker is widely reported to be seeking a valuation of $630 million. This London float will also be one of the first big ticket matters undertaken by A&O Shearman since the union between Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling went live earlier this month.
