Hughes Hubbard & Reed has hired a partner from Allen & Overy to co-chair the firm’s international arbitration group, joining a growing list of Latin America-focused practitioners rising to top roles.
Washington, D.C.-based Gaela Gehring Flores is a recognized global leader in international arbitration who has acted as counsel in more than 60 international disputes, the firm said. She joined Allen & Overy in 2021 from Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, where she had spent nearly 15 years.
