A Miami judge has ruled that former President Donald Trump’s defamation lawsuit against ABC News and one of its news hosts will not be dismissed.
Chief Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida denied the network’s request for dismissal. Her 21-page ruling comes after a July 15 hearing in Miami, where ABC asked the judge to halt the case.
