Progreso Municipal Court Judge Orlando Jimenez received a public reprimand for failure to cooperate with the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct’s investigation into a complaint brought by a driver whose license was put on hold.
A second sanction was brought at the same time against a Harris County justice of the peace for advertising the performance of wedding services.
