Attorneys with K&L Gates filed a trademark-infringement suit against an online retailer in a North Carolina federal court this week accusing it of making unauthorized sales of Husqvarna outdoor power products on Amazon, among other sites.
Husqvarna accuses the Amazon seller, Simple Works, of improperly advertising and selling Husqvarna products without an authorized reseller agreement, according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
